Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kommonview's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

Kommonview provides cloud infrastructure, IT services, and digital advertising solutions. All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, except where expressly stated otherwise in writing.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

Your Rights and Data Protection

In addition to these Terms of Service, your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You have the following rights:

Right to Access: Request access to your personal data we hold
Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
Right to Data Portability: Request transfer of your data
Right to Object: Object to processing of your personal data

No customer data is shared outside the Kommonview group of companies without your explicit consent. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and proprietary data. Our commitment to data protection extends to all services and interactions.

Service Level Agreements

For enterprise clients, we offer defined service level agreements (SLAs) that specify uptime guarantees, response times, and support commitments. These SLAs are provided separately and incorporated by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Kommonview or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Kommonview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kommonview harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, though provisions regarding data protection and liability survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Johannesburg.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
